How far are you from downtown Pinellas Park?

We couldn’t be closer. StorHouse is only 1 mile from Pinellas Park via 49th St N. That’s just a 3-minute drive!

What other neighborhoods do you serve? StorHouse is also the top choice with customers from Largo, Seminole, Clearwater, St. Petersburg Beach, Kenneth City, Gandy, Feather Sound, Bay Pines, Gulfport, and their surrounding communities.

What are your access hours?

Thanks to our computerized gate access, access times for outdoor parking are 24/7. For indoor parking, our access times are daylight hours.

What security features do you have?

Some of our many security features include a full fence with computerized access, 24-hour video surveillance and a staffed office.

Do you also have self-storage units?

The StorHouse does not offer self-storage units for personal belongings.

How big is your facility?

Our indoor parking area is over 120,000 square feet. Our outdoor parking area is 3 acres.

What other services do you offer?

StorHouse provides complimentary access to our vehicle wash down feature.

Is your structure safe?

Absolutely. Our main building is constructed of concrete and is hurricane resistant. Meanwhile, our driveways are 100% asphalt and concrete.

Is power available?

50/30 amp power is available to our customers.

Can I book a storage space online?

Perspective customers can request booking of a space online. No space is reserved until availability is confirmed by the StorHouse staff. Customers must sign a lease contract and pay for the first month's storage as a part of the confirmation process.
